Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for everything sold by Wizzo Pty Ltd ("Zaparoo", "we", "us"), including Zaparoo Warp subscriptions, mobile app purchases, and physical products from our shop. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
This Refund Policy was last updated on July 30, 2026.
Warp Web Subscriptions
Warp subscriptions purchased through Zaparoo Online are sold and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, applicable taxes, and refund processing. RevenueCat connects the Paddle purchase to your Zaparoo account. Web purchases are also subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
14-day money-back guarantee. If Warp is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment for a monthly or annual web subscription. No justification is required.
To request a web-purchase refund, either:
- email support@zaparoo.com from the address on your Zaparoo account, and we will arrange the request with Paddle; or
- use the management link in your Paddle receipt or Zaparoo account, or contact Paddle through paddle.net.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Paddle normally processes them within 14 days of approval; banks or card issuers may need additional time. Warp access ends when Paddle and RevenueCat report the refund or revocation.
Renewals and cancellation. Cancel a web subscription from your Zaparoo account or Paddle management link. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves Warp active through the paid period. Renewal charges are not automatically covered by the first-payment guarantee, but contact us within 14 days if a renewal was unintended. Statutory rights always continue to apply.
Consumers in some regions, including the European Union and United Kingdom, may have statutory withdrawal rights. Paddle handles those rights as Merchant of Record. Consent to immediate digital access may affect a statutory withdrawal right, but it does not reduce the first-payment guarantee above.
Native App Store Purchases
Zaparoo Warp subscriptions and other purchases made inside the Zaparoo App are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The store used for purchase handles billing, cancellation, and refund decisions under its own policies. Zaparoo cannot directly issue a refund for a transaction billed by Apple or Google.
- Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: follow Google Play's refund process.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method according to the store's processing times. If a Warp subscription is refunded or revoked, subscription access ends when the store reports that change.
Renewals and cancellation. Warp renews automatically unless canceled through the store account used to subscribe. Canceling stops future renewals and normally leaves Warp active through the end of the paid period. A refund request is separate from cancellation and is decided by Apple or Google.
If you have trouble identifying a purchase or using the store's support process, contact support@zaparoo.com. We can help investigate account access, but the store remains responsible for refund approval and payment processing.
Service Discontinuation
If we permanently discontinue the Service, or a paid feature on which a subscription materially depends, before the end of your prepaid period, we will provide a proportional refund for the unused period or another remedy that gives you at least the protection required by law. Refunds are processed through the provider that handled the purchase: Paddle for web subscriptions, or Apple or Google for native purchases. This applies alongside the notice and export commitments in our Terms of Service.
Physical Products
Physical products ordered from our shop have a 30-day return policy. Returns and refunds for shop orders are governed by the Zaparoo Shop refund policy, which is the authoritative policy for those purchases.
Your Statutory Rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and consumers in other countries may have similar non-waivable rights under local consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces any statutory right you have, including rights and remedies for services that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Where this policy and your statutory rights differ, whichever gives you the greater protection applies.
