How does billing work?
Subscribe on the web through Zaparoo Online. Paddle sells and processes purchases as Merchant of Record, and your subscription is connected to your Zaparoo account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Which devices does cloud backup support?
Cloud backup currently works on MiSTer only. Support for more platforms is planned. Zaparoo App Pro and the rest of Warp work regardless of which devices you use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel through the Paddle portal using the link in your Zaparoo account or receipt. You keep Warp until the end of the paid period.
What if it's not for me?
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Paddle handles refund processing — see our Refund Policy for how to request one.
What happens to Zaparoo App Pro?
Pro remains a permanent lifetime purchase. Existing Pro owners keep every current and future on-device Pro feature, even after ending Warp. Warp is a separate recurring service for hosted features and includes Pro while subscribed for people who do not already own it.
Do I need Warp to use Zaparoo?
No. The Zaparoo software is free and open source, and Zaparoo Online is free to use for managing your cards and decks. Warp adds hosted extras on top and helps fund the project.
